Liz Cheney Wins Congressional Debate

Cheney’s Pro-Growth Policies Contrast with Greene-Clinton Plan for Wyoming

CASPER – Cheney for Wyoming campaign manager Bill Novotny issued the following statement on this evening’s congressional debate sponsored by the Casper Star Tribune, WyomingPBS and Casper College.

“As if caucusing for socialist Bernie Sanders wasn’t bad enough, tonight’s debate proved that Ryan Greene not only intends to vote for Hillary Clinton, but he supports her policies as well,” campaign manager Bill Novotny said.

“Ryan Greene reiterated his support for placing our public lands in Hillary Clinton’s hands. Greene and Clinton both agree the war on coal is myth, they support increased federal background checks and denying 2nd Amendment rights to Americans who mistakenly end up on the federal no-fly list, and they oppose repealing Obamacare. Liz won her twentieth candidate forum of the year by offering solutions that will reverse Barack Obama’s war on fossil fuels, protect Wyoming jobs, and strengthen America’s standing in the world. It could not be more clear that Liz is the candidate best prepared to bring attention to Wyoming’s needs in Congress, and lead an effort to defend our freedom, our economy, our borders and our constitutional rights.”
